Snag both if possible. That’s what I did a couple months ago and glad I did (added Codex, after using Claude as main driver for ab a year)

Codex limits are ridiculous compared to Claude on the 20x plan. Probably an order of magnitude more usage AFAICT.

Also as much as I hate to say it, Astra feels better than Fable. Gets shit done, less churn.

Plus the computer use is wild. For the first 2 months, I was still using Claude as main driver with a rule in my implementation workflow to run a codex agent upon completion to actually use the app e2e for QA and provide verification evidence. Crazy unlock.

The usage is still being heavily subsidized, on all of the subscription plans. You're getting way more value than $200/month
