@HayesTSN This take might not age well lol. Put on a well built team where he can play his role and have other stars with different attributes it appears Mitch can be very successful. I’m actually happy to see it. It highlights the flaws of the Leafs roster construction with the core four
@HayesTSN Marner will convince himself that he can succeed somewhere with less outside noise, but he won’t. He’ll join Marleau and Thornton in the land of sunshine and zero cups. Just doesn’t have it.
@rich_toronto@MarkJCarney Meanwhile, there was a protest going on outside the very synagogue his speech was taking place in, featuring paid loser Trevor Miller….while the police did nothing to prevent it - so much for bylaws. Disrupting and intimidating a quiet community of families. Disgraceful.
@spittinchiclets@BizNasty2point0 Hockey is a team sport. Team chemistry is the most important element, everyone has an important job. The leafs had too many of the same player - Marner, Nylander, Matthews, Tavares, none of them have the extra jam, Put them in the right mix and they’d all thrive in their role.
@joe_warmington@AM34 Thanks Joe, it’s true I do always bring it but that was the other @simmonssteve - I’d like to add that Matthews idol growing up was Shane Doan and Pelley has no business running a hockey team in any capacity.
@OverDrive1050 Thanks for sharing this. You guys all become part of our lives doing what you do, it’s like you’re our buddies too in a funny way. I’ll miss seeing Dutchy do what he loved, he was great at it. @HayesTSN@odognine2@jamiemclennan29@tsnjamesduthie
