@TLRailUK We are stuck on your train service heading to Sutton via Wimbledon and currently stuck at Tulse Hill with Child and 2 dogs. The delay has been 30 mins. We can’t get on or off and the driver is speaking so quietly, we cannot hear a word spoken. Can you update me please?
