@BarakRavid@axios Let us know if Deputiereichsminister Trump suddenly decides to spend more time with his family. Or maybe he'll fly solo into Iran in the hope of making a "deal."
@ndhawk88@VinnysCorner1 And the greatest defense of the era, year after year, had nothing to do with it.
BTW, Bradshaw is a horrible talking head announcer, but since idiots are attracted to fat, incoherent clowns with no sense of shame he still has a job.
@VinnysCorner1 Seeing a lot of Dilfer hatred here but QBs who who won a Super Bowl but were no better or only marginally so: Plunkett, Williams, Rypien, Foles, Namath, Bradshaw, Flacco, could go on. You'll notice some names here of QBs highly regarded but in fact wildly overrated.
@mtracey Given the scores of stroke victims, dotards, hospice patients, unrepentant crooks, con artists, and obvious morons that have served in both houses of congress over the years why does anybody waste time arguing over "qualifications?"
@FieldGulls All else equal this is maybe a small upgrade for the Rams, but I wouldn't pay too much attention to it. The fate of the Rams rests on the seaworthiness of the creaky old USS Stafford. If he stays afloat they have a shot.
@FieldGulls Forget Garrett, if Stafford stays on his feet for 17 games (he's 38) they have a shot, if he doesn't this trade is great news for everybody else.
@AliceFromQueens The Byrds' version of Mr Tambourine Man was produced with the pop charts in mind and was considered somewhat Beatlesque, Dylan's was folk-acoustic and niche. Dylan wrote some songs that lent themselves to polished vocals and some that you can't imagine in anybody else's voice.
@FieldGulls These silly decisions -- shoehorning losing teams into prime TV slots -- are the result of the league's desperation for the biggest media markets to be relevant. No NYC, Chicago, or DFW team has been has been as far as a conference championship game in 13 years.
@FieldGulls My periodic expression of an unpopular opinion; when healthy and allowed sufficient carries in a game, a thing that only happened about ten times, Rashaad Penny was the best RB in the NFL.
