@RestaurantWill Is this a theoretical? It must be strongly sales forecast or you’re inheriting someone’s blemish on the brand. You don’t mention rent. I’ve seen emerging brands leave a market due C locations and >25% rent. Franchisors’ priority #1 should be Zees’ success.
