They are charging me $300 for failing to change lanes for a service vehicle ( A.K.A another police officer handing out a tickets to meet his quota). Mind you, I was exiting the freeway near Barstow Outlet Center on a Labor Day weekend. There was no danger to the officer; he was clear of the edge of the road and was in no danger. Just a police officer snooping and making his quota.
