Someone has suggested cancelling my DD payment as I may get a response??
My local dealership cannot help.

Hi @bmw_uk. I have been trying for six days to get someone to take my call in your finance department.
I got through once after 30 minutes, then was told that I needed to be transferred 🙄🙄 and that was then end of that - I hung up after 40 more minutes. 1/2

Hi @talktalk. My father’s landline at his Surrey home has gone down, he is elderly and needs it due to his Alzheimer’s and to call us for help.
