Restrictions that are totally unfair.
Clubs should be able to get what the highest current deal is.

@CharIieBennett With or without Ronaldo, I'm surprised Portugal aren't fancied a bit more. I think this could be the tournament where Ronaldo is phased out and they have very good backup in Ramos. Could see them winning it but unfortunately, that would then be made all about Ronaldo.
