@djoojung Taking the rest day is worth it. If you push too much things like shin splints, knee and ankle problems will slowly start to happen.
Those kinds of injuries don’t happen all at once like pulling a hamstring. They creep up on you, until you are forced to take 1-2 months off.
@AJA_Cortes There should be very little “training” early on. Kids should just watch how to do something. For example shoot a basketball, and then go try to do it. Learn by figuring it out, learn how to move and manipulate your own body.
All the best athletes I know grew up playing outside
@residentialOG He took the market cap of MSTR from $1 billion to $22 billion in 4 years… I’d take some risk off the table too.
Neither himself personally or MSTR have sold a single Bitcoin. Also MSTR and BTC are two completely different asset classes.
I recently started reading The Bible. Today I finished book 1 (Genesis)
This line stood out - “1/5th to the Pharoah”
Slaves during a 7 year famine paid less tax than we pay today.
In a lot of ways most of my peers, especially without family finances to help are experiencing a famine. Specifically in sectors of starting a family and home ownership.
Without family $ / inheritance or outlier income most millennials are squeezed worse today than back then.
The reason you don’t notice it is because of
1) iPhone aka endless entertainment
2) Air conditioning aka comfort
3) Substances coffee, booze, etc
The way out that I see is taking extreme measures to secure #bitcoin or real estate. By whatever means necessary. Find partners find solutions find a way.
Ownership is the only way to avoid the tax and inflation theft that happens every second of everyday to non asset holders.
Second level solutions are to force transparency on tax dollars, printing, and all fee/middleman based business. Aka grifters. More complex but this will happen naturally overtime I hope.
Every problem has to be diagnosed and solved with parts that weren't really made to solve that problem. That's really fucking hard sometimes.
Now parts can be purpose built from scratch for exactly what's needed for an INCREDIBLY cheap price.
Absolutely incredible.
The value 3d printers bring is just astonishing.
You go from problem > diagnosis > prototype > final product > solution implemented > problem solved in under a week.
This is even more significant if you're in a niche industry. There's no playbook or manual for any of this.
Snapchat Ads Blueprint - (Untapped)
1) They do not have CBO's so I start out broad with age, gender, creatives. The only variable I differentiate is 'Interests' at each ad set level.
2) I spend heavy on this wide range campaign because I'm impatient. I want data quickly I'll make up the difference later on.
3) Deep dive into Insights on each winning ad set. This is where we see more metrics for age, location, etc. I check out other metrics but end of the day I'm only watching Purchases.
4) Take a peak at winning creatives on the ad level but deep dive into this later more in depth.
5) Re-create an entirely new campaign but refined. This campaign only uses the winning interests, has tighter age/gender targeting, and same creatives.
6) *Bonus* You can start to make tailored content around each specific interest, age, gender if you are looking to scale exponentially and have the team for it.
This is the basic logic fail of trying to strong arm winners. I'll use a basketball term.
"LBJ were limiting your involvement in the offense"

Ok, LBJ sits out and/or demands a trade. Entire franchise decimated.
True power can't be suppressed or controlled by gov't.
