@AB_teach I used to start class with 2-5 minutes of "silent sitting"/meditation/breathing #teachergrind425

[Stevie Rodis @StevieRodis]

@PorterElise @Sciences_Monkey @29229Jessica salad bar? #teachergrind425

[Stevie Rodis @StevieRodis]

@Sciences_Monkey I was subbing, so no content for me... But yea, they have a week left, so it's pretty much downtime #teachergrind425

[Stevie Rodis @StevieRodis]

@Sciences_Monkey About 40 minutes! We did some breathing exercises, a few poses, and a "meditation." :-) #teachergrind425

[Stevie Rodis @StevieRodis]

@29229Jessica I know!!! It's awful! Not to mention the flavored milk.... #teachergrind425

[Stevie Rodis @StevieRodis]

Did yoga with some 7th graders today!! Had one come back after class 2 say she felt so much better than before we did it!😍 #teachergrind425

#teachergrind425 WMM10 Soooo every days' breakfast on these school lists has sugar in it... Every single day... 😖

[Stevie Rodis @StevieRodis]

#teachergrind426 WMM10 I eat organic, gluten free, and vegetarian... So my definition of healthy food is prob wayyy diff than the "norm" 😁😕

[Stevie Rodis @StevieRodis]

@Prascilla1316 @Sciences_Monkey IMO parents are part of the problem too. They need the food ed. just as much as the kids #teachergrind425

[Stevie Rodis @StevieRodis]

@DrTchr when are mod9-12 and the top 3 paper due? Thursday? #teachergrind425

[Stevie Rodis @StevieRodis]

@DrTchr I hopes it's what you're looking for!! 😕

[Stevie Rodis @StevieRodis]

@29229Jessica @DrTchr Yea mine's at about 900 without the sources

[Stevie Rodis @StevieRodis]

#teachergrind425 @DrTchr My Trends and Issues Brief is getting to be wayyyy longer than 800 words... problem? Anyone else?

[Stevie Rodis @StevieRodis]

@AB_teach @mbaker074 That's still progress though... at least you're collab. at all! Some schools aren't. #teachergrind425

[Stevie Rodis @StevieRodis]

@porterbritt3 @DrTchr I would LOVE team teaching!! I think it would give more freedom and flexibility #teachergrind425

[Stevie Rodis @StevieRodis]

@porterbritt3 @DrTchr That was my issue with that scenario. K8 can work, but 200 per grade is a lot... a seperate MS would be better IMO

[Stevie Rodis @StevieRodis]

#teachergrind425 #WMM8 To track or not to track... that is the question.... thoughts? This one has always been hard for me.
