@UKVolkswagen so disappointed with customer service from dealerships and customer ‘care’. Faulty mechatronics in DSG gearbox, appearing to be common fault with re-calls and ext warranty in other countries but VW UK not wanting to know. Purchased ex-demo and all services with VW!!
