@BGatesIsaPyscho planes fly the same routes in the sky every day, over and over. When it’s clear, the hot humid air from the jet engines mix with the cold/dry air and form contrails, when it’s cloudy at flight level, the air is already saturated, which makes them impossible to form. Science!

@KaareJohnson As for shaya I get your critique on it not being classic middle eastern fare however it’s specifically Israeli cuisine. Definitely some fusions though, the harissa roast chicken is my favorite there. Chef Shaya has a fantastic self authored cookbook, most menu items come from it

@KaareJohnson I’d say yes…more specifically best brunch, their menu has all the classics—the huevos rancheros, pancakes are my favorite…fantastic house roasted coffee, homemade juices and a great drink selection
