@Lord_Vader_MD@gaghyogi49@Alex_Kingston_ Now Matt Smiths Doctor and Pelia would be comedy gold. Plus he lives the US mostly so easier to get to film. Just a thought....
@emmmilysm@TheCyberdevil Most I've enjoyed the show for several seasons, including last year. It felt like they were just getting their groove, like McCoys last season.
@WilliamWhoDW Clara I was up and down on but loved Bill. For me she was ideal for 12 and in one season they managed a full story arc, which they seemed to start but never played out with the rewrites.
@TheMestor I always preferred the novelisation to the show itself. It feels worn out and the new companions felt shoehorned in so they were there before the new Doctor. I much prefer Castrovalva even though I'm not big on Doctor five.
@WilliamWhoDW I know it's against the grain but I've never liked her Doctor. Nothing against her or the idea (as it wasn't really new anyway) , she just doesn't do anything for me despite wanting to like her.
@pufc007 @SafeSpaceDrWho I was half expecting him to be the son of the woman who led Think Tank in Robot. But he was so good in this scene amd Ncuti matched him all the way. His Doctor may have dealt with the pent up rage but you could see the chinks. 10, 11 and 12 would have been a lot more vengeful.
@dcrowleyprod Twin Dilemma must be one of the worst stories ever, the Doctor at first is totally off his rocket in a bad way but Colin is outstanding doing it! He goes from chewing the scenary to quiet and deadly to glimpses of his Doctor despite some of the worst dialogue devised for Who.
@beeeeeeaan I enjoyed Ncuti but Ruby left me cold certainly. And there were moments I felt this was more Dr Who but it didn't sustain. And while I enjoy Mel being back and the vibe if a proper UNIT again the finale with Sutekh didn't grab me. Enjoyable fan service yes, did it work? Mmm.
Celebrate World Book with the power of the written word! One of the most iconic voices of Great Britain, Brian Blessed reads a chapter from Bugglepuffs and the Magic Keys. And you could read it in a VCM Reading Aloud exam.

@ElizaH64344 Probably absolute peak Doctor Who for me. That and the following season are still some of my most favourite. And as the years have gone on Pertwee is still the perfect Doctor. Possibly even more so.
@Kali48Darkstar@ElizaH64344 It's interesting because Ian would solve a lot of the script problems but it feels like it had to be the Brig to make the actual story work. For me Harry wouldn't have been a good fit either. It needed to be someone who was genuinely close to the Doctor for a large part his life.
