Everything first starts with True Belief in yourself. Without that there is only so much you can do. Once you master that the commitment to a process driven over results driven mindset combined with controlling the things you can control is what truly starts to elevate your game to the next level.

[Zach Brandon @MVP_Mindset]

NLCS MVP Jake Bauers shares how letting go of results helped him find a different level of freedom as a competitor.

"I think what changed for me this year was I stopped caring about results. I started caring about competing. I started caring about being in the moment and getting out of my own way."

Sometimes, the biggest obstacle to performing at your best isn't a lack of preparation or ability.

It's the pressure you place on yourself to produce a particular outcome.

You become so concerned with what you want to happen that you lose touch with what the moment actually requires.

Any performer can unlock a new level when they learn how to be fully invested in the competition without becoming imprisoned by the outcome.

A little post workout fun this AM before our final Fall Scrimmages tomorrow. Mia proved to be the knockout winner. Followed this up with Study Hall and a great day of practice where balls were flying out of the yard. Excited to see the crew compete again tomorrow then watch our player lead World Series in two weeks. @GHC_SBALL

If only you knew how much of a lost art it is to actually be able to handle a fungo or throw BP. #VeryFewCan

[Fryedaddy/Frito @shegone03]

OMG!

This is genius!

I wonder if this drill could be accomplished without that $3,500 machine?

Not every day you get to be in a room with the Best in the World at anything. That happened today with the best point fighter in the World Bailey Murphy on the @Elevate2GreatHQ podcast. Episode dropping soon.

[Trey Fowler @stf3333]

Interviewed one of the winningest Coaches in College Baseball History who also happens to be a Dr. Don’t miss this episode from multi-time National Championship Coach Barry Davis.

Future Chargers having monster performances all over the state in Round 1 of the State Playoffs. Future is Bright! @GHC_SBALL

Today’s Practice was a little different for the Girls. Promoting Teamwork and leadership. Proud to say all 3 groups escaped their rooms.

[Trey Fowler @stf3333]

Hitters must learn the distinction b/t practice (30%) & training (70%). Prac is easy. Tee, front toss, arm bp it helps lock in mechs/mvmnts. Training is hard/uncomfortable game speed or above 2 help make game easier. Training requires being process rather than results driven.

[Trey Hannam @TJHannam10]

I asked an MLB player what he wishes he knew earlier about hitting.

“Feel-good BP is backwards. You’re wanting to feel good when it doesn’t matter and you have a false sense of 'being ready'"

"Get your routine in. Then challenge yourself in the box every single day."

"Nobody’s ever gotten a hit that counts in a cage."

"All those barrels off a 47 mph fastball stay there. What comes with you is how you trained your eyes, your decisions, and your path at game speed.”

[Trey Fowler @stf3333]

This is great!

[Toxic Cowboy 🤠 @toxiccowboy02]

One of the best I've seen so far 😜

Great post! Slow, smooth, and early is the key to ensure longer Pitch Recognition Window and proper energy build, transfer and sequencing.

[Trey Hannam @TJHannam10]

I hope this helps you understand load timing vs the pitcher better. (Keep reading)

(Also, I would get zero hits vs Miz, but thought using him as an example would be great)

Remember, every load and every pitcher is different

This post is simply to help you learn, study and build a better YOU.

Some pitchers are quick but throw slow

Some pitchers are slow but throw hard

Windup vs stretch

Two strike load vs no stride load

— Find you, build a better you ✅

KK’s 2nd TD catch of the year. A little trickery from the Falcons. #SCTop10 @sctop10 @FOX5Atlanta

[Trey Fowler @stf3333]

I will say this about this season of @CBSBigBrother . I don’t think anyone has ever played both sides of the house as successfully as Drew. One can argue he isn’t the most likable but he has played that game better than anyone ever. Winning when he had to & floating back & forth

[Trey Fowler @stf3333]

You know you picked the right one when Date Night starts with her being Assistant Recruiting Coordinator for a game you need to see.

[Trey Fowler @stf3333]

Day started off great getting to meet the 15U South African National Team as they head to Mexico for the National Championships. Shared my testimony and the most important things for success in hitting, pitching, and success in life in and out of the game.

Big week for @GHC_SBALL Had our first scrimmage on Thursday vs a very good Chat State bunch. Pitchers threw well. Then we added 3 more to the Family for next year this weekend. Big week of practice ahead before the 4 year portion of our Fall Scrimmages begins.

[Trey Fowler @stf3333]

Girls were back at it again today serving with the Acworth Miracle League and Cartersville Kiwanis Club. This crew rocks! @GHC_SBALL

[Trey Fowler @stf3333]

Who wants to skip work on a Monday and play Golf to Support a great group of girls? If thats you would love to see you.

[Trey Fowler @stf3333]

Have a Future @Elevate2GreatHQ podcast that will talk about just this AC all sports. Must hear for Players, Parents, and Coaches.

Most baseball players are standing in the wrong line.

Travel ball creates games and exposure. But exposure only shows scouts what already exists. Development changes what exists.

In 2026, the Dominican Republic had 93 players on MLB Opening Day rosters from a population of 11.4 million. The United States had 699 from 340 million.

That is nearly 4X more MLB players per capita.

The statistic does not prove one development system caused the difference. But it raises an important question:

Are we buying more baseball—or building better players?

Before paying for another tournament or showcase, find out what your athlete actually needs to improve.
