We thought of adjectives to describe our mystery crayon. We then used a thesaurus to uplevel our vocabulary, before putting our new words into sentences. We found some amazing words!
After assembly, we came back to one angry pencil! We had lots of ideas as to why they might be so tired! Now we're ready to find out why the crayons quit too...
Today we completed our personal challenges! Heres some of us completing our 1 mile walk. We could also choose to do kick ups, a 50m run, skipping or a bean bag challenge!
What on earth happened to our classroom?! After predicting, using inferences and referring to scientific vocabulary, we concluded and explained how a tsunami had caused this! 🌊🔎 What a coincidence that @stgac5@stgac6 experienced earthquakes too!
We found out that earthquakes happen because of a build up of tension in tectonic plates. We know where tectonic plates are and why we wouldn't want to live on a boundary! Stand by for our news report tomorrow!
What a busy day! Today we found a chameleon living in our classroom. We have discussed, designed and begun to make our traps to take it somewhere safe. We have already found some problems and are finding solutions. 1/2
We have started to learn all about who founded Buddhism and why. We rewrote the story of Siddharta Gautama and practiced meditating like he did. We felt calm and peaceful.
