It's serious amazing that someone took a phone contract with my details and vodacom never contacted me but when comes to collection of their money they can find the right number of my details. This is out of order. Now they are HP Attorneys bothering 🙄

I tried calling 0821905 number which I was given at the shop after going there multiple times but I can't even get the issue sorted over the phone. I don't know what must I do now. I never had contract with vodacom and I will never have it

Till today the matter has not beng solved yet. Now they act fast on send my name to collections but they do not do their job. This HP Attorney are bothering me each and every 10 minutes. It's like pain in my neck...😒

On the 2nd of February 2022, I went to vodacom shop at Centurion to solve the issue of fraud and I was told to do affidavit, copy of ID and blank paper with multiple signatures of mine. I did all that and they send it to fraud department.
