8 hrs work
1.5 hrs food/hygiene after work on avg
8 hrs sleep

Leaves 4.5 hrs free time per weekday

So like 11.5 hrs per day doing things I don’t wanna do, 4.5 hrs to do what I want, 8 hrs free time
