@BrainAblaze *I* didn't recognize my first seizures (simple partial- they affect communication). Had them for years before having my first tonic clonic. Thought there could be no explanation, so I hid them from everyone... until I couldn't. Do not advise!

- stay until we're completely aware.
- cushion/protect our head
- don't put anything in our mouth, restrain us, or apply CPR
- call for an ambulance if the seizure lasts > 5 mins
