@MetroBank_Help When I contacted your call centre I got conflicting advice 3 times, cut off twice and on one occasion a comment from your call handler saying “wow ! That’s a scam !”
I therefore have no further faith in your call centre and would like to speak to someone more senior.

@AirbnbHelp I qualify under your COVID19 policy for a refund of my deposit but despite messaging repeatedly I am getting NO REPLY from your customer service team and there is no escalation path. Right now I am feeling that i will never be using Airbnb again. Pls respond

@Ryanair Over 6 hours delayed flying from London Luton to Dublin today with no explanation except a constantly extending estimated time of departure on the airport screens. A pathetic £3 voucher. Seriously ?
And now an evasive website when it comes to claiming a refund
