@projectworkx @Deck_Ready If it originally the 750$ price tag, definitely a must buy. However for where it stands I don't see much people buying this over a pc for better specs

@projectworkx @Deck_Ready I'm still looking around and I think I found some alternatives that vary some maybe cheaper with the same specs or for the same price I can get something more power than steam machine. Still looking around but sadly in my opinion its not worth it for me personally

@Globku Boom, you get a cheaper Steam Machine. Of course it's not all totally Valve's fault, It's the Whole RAM storage situation with AI datacenters buying everything. Making not only gaming more an luxury than a easy affordable pastime, but an investment (2/2)

@Globku It's not worth it @Globku, The steam machine is just as powerful as a base PS5 but less than a PS5 pro which you can get it for cheaper than this. Also if you want a TV mini PC, I bet getting a Asus NUC build and install Steam OS or Bazzite. (1/2)

@philtheclaret @Deck_Ready I have a Steam Deck Oled too, and sadly that has gone up in price too to an unreasonable degree. For the same price of a sDeck i can buy the Xbox ROG Ally X which is more powerful RAM and 1tb for the same price of a steam deck. It's insane

@projectworkx @Deck_Ready True that but even without the Subscription, the Base PS5 is more powerful than the steam machine, of course you cant add custom apps and other things what a pc can do. however for the power of this tech it doesn't justify the price, in imo. I Blame mostly AI
