12/31 Legs
No cardio because drove up from ARKANSAS in the morning. Tried to explode out of the bottom of my squats and be patient getting to the bottom.
12/29 Push + AM cardio
This lift was down in Arkansas at a new anytime fitness. The EZ bar curls were done with a plate loaded EZ bard which I didn't mind.
12/25 Arms
No cardio on Christmas just a damn good arm day
For the first super set I did 6 of one movement then 6 of the other and back and forth to a total of 12 for each movement.
