@T7NEWS1 It's no use to complain in my Byrnihat Area. Whenever I went to complain , the SDO and engineers are not available the whole weeks. Whenever to try to complain in the revenue/bill collectn dept, they speak rudely and says, it will be like this only, . It's not our fault 4 hi-bill
