The broadcaster told RTÉ News it “had not received such a breakdown.”

so 2 years ago ebu disqualified the netherlands over allegations (that turned out to be untrue) WITHOUT any actual proof
but when israel breaks the rules (for the nth time) and there IS proof it only gets a warning okay got it
