When I reported in the app the resolution was just a refund. That doesn’t help with the fact I have a meal I cannot eat. Why can’t I speak with someone on your team to get in touch with the driver directly? Should be an easy fix. How is no food the answer?
@Uber_Support your resolution for uber eats is not acceptable. I received someone else’s order and immediately contacted the driver. Took 3 tries for them to pick up and it was a woman who did not speak English although I had a male driver listed.

@WestJet I’ve been trying to get someone on the phone for 24 hours. Not offering a callback is horrible customer service. My flight was canceled yesterday and I can’t speak to anyone.
