We're No. 1 in poverty, unemployment, housing shortage, homelessness, income disparity and living costs. We're near the bottom in academic test scores, have not had a balanced budget in at least a decade and our tax burden is one of the highest. Those are simple, provable facts

What I miss?
FRAUD FLOOD: Independent journalist Nick Shirley told Ed Henry Tuesday that he believes fraud in the U.S. has reached staggering levels, claiming Americans can’t “actually comprehend how much fraud there is.”
EXCLUSIVE: California has created a shadow welfare system for illegal aliens. Free housing, cash, healthcare, food, phones, college tuition, even car insurance—costing taxpayers more than $10 billion per year.
We went inside the system and exposed it all.

Newsom's CA in a nutshell:
They call it carpet bombing because the slogan is easier than watching the opening seconds of the tape.
This is declassified aerial footage from the first days of the war. In the first few seconds the drones catch Hamas rockets leaving a residential block.
The white streaks are outgoing fire, not incoming. Then the aircraft hit the ground those rockets just left. The impacts are discrete. The neighborhood is still there around the smoke. That is not an area weapon walking street by street until nothing remains. That is a launch site being answered in the same grid it was fired from.
Hamas put the tubes between houses on purpose. The accusation that follows is always the same. Israel is leveling a city at random. The tape says the opposite. The fire started from those roofs and courtyards, and the strike went back to the place the fire came from.
If you want to keep the carpet-bombing line after this clip, you are not arguing about targeting. You are arguing against the picture.
“Once men turned their thinking over to machines in the hope that this would set them free. But that only permitted other men with machines to enslave them.”
- Frank Herbert, Dune, 1965.
Frank Herbert’s 1965 novel Dune presents a remarkably relevant warning about the political risks of automation. Rather than portraying intelligent machines rebelling against humanity, Herbert explores the dangers of technology controlled by humans. His work suggests that when people sacrifice independent thought and memory for technological convenience, they risk concentrating power among those who control the systems.
This idea forms a central part of the Dune universe, where a historical uprising known as the Butlerian Jihad led to the prohibition of thinking machines. Humanity subsequently developed its own intellectual abilities, producing highly trained individuals known as Mentats who could perform extraordinary calculations. Today, this theme resonates with debates surrounding artificial intelligence, raising questions not simply about machines becoming dangerous, but about how powerful individuals and institutions might use automated systems to control, manipulate, and exploit society.
@BreannaMorello Who allowed her to do this????? Who was managing medicare? who is responsible for not letting this happen? THEY NEED TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE!
@RapidResponse47@SBA_Kelly@SBAgov How could the federal government let this amount of fraud get so out of control? Where are the people who are managing these programs ? They need to be held accountable.
As I do every year on this day, I make myself re-read this and sit with it for as long as I can. And remember.
One of the greatest pieces of writing, on any subject, ever.
