@ChaseSupport Had I known the final expiration was 04/15/2025, I would have booked the flight during the April call. Instead I was given incorrect advice by an agent. Then 9/3/2025 I was gaslit by the agent "I was advised the expiration date was 4/15/2025". Call transcript should clarify all.

@ChaseSupport Thanks to incorrect information I was given by a travel agent, my travel credit expired worthless and I am out $1000 as a result. I was given an incorrect date of expiry (even after confirming with WestJet regarding the policy)
