Still Mirror

Still Mirror is live on Kickstarter. Change the breath. Change your emotional state.

[Still Mirror @stillmirror]

Breathe deeper. Change your state. Return to yourself.
Still Mirror adds resistance to the exhale and distinct olfactory notes through Presence modules.
The Kickstarter campaign is nearing its end. Help make the first production run possible:

Still Mirror may not reach its Kickstarter goal.
I’m still working on it, and I’ll keep going until the final day.
I shared the situation honestly here:

Not every object has to solve a problem.
Some simply change how a moment feels.
Still Mirror adds resistance to the exhale, encouraging a slower, deeper breath — a small personal ritual with a private sensory layer.

Now on Kickstarter.

[Still Mirror @stillmirror]

@elonmusk You’re pushing the frontier of technology.
I’m exploring what becomes possible when we remove it.
No electronics. No sensors. No apps. No data.
Just a physical object, an exhale, and a moment to notice.
Still Mirror is now live on Kickstarter.

A thumb-worn physical object that turns exhalation into resistance you can feel, followed by a natural deeper inhale and a private sensory layer through Presence.

@Fraiserapheal Thanks. We’re already promoting outside Kickstarter through social, paid traffic, email and crowdfunding communities. Curious — are you asking as a crowdfunding marketer, or is there something specific you think could help Still Mirror?

Mirror’s value lies in design, ritual, personal perception, and a quieter form of self-regulation — beyond the conventional consumer logic of clearly defined function, immediate utility, and value for money.

A deep exhale is the trigger. Still Mirror responds through airflow, resistance and material behaviour — no electronics, sensors, apps or tracking. Presence adds a private sensory response felt only by you. Launching on Kickstarter — 15 September. https://t.co/Lc9PuZIvwx

[Still Mirror @stillmirror]

Before we name the feeling, the breath may already have changed.
A deeper breath. A longer exhale.
Still Mirror responds through gentle resistance and subtle shifts in airflow—creating a quiet dialogue between breath and inner state.

Nothing had to stop.
The moment stayed the same.
The rhythm shifted.
Still Mirror™ — designed around the exhale.

[Still Mirror @stillmirror]

It started with an observation. A gesture. A breath. A quiet connection between the hand and the exhale. Through sketches, prototypes, and material exploration, Still Mirror became a physical object. Designed around the exhale. Launching September 15 on Kickstarter.
