-She didnt like their plan, she wanted surgery for THEIR baby
-She ran to Texas because of the laws and to get the surgery immediately after birth

-She calls/named him "Gabriel" regardless
-She STILL expected payment after birth
-She is fighting for custody

Who the fuck told you that you get to make medical and parental decisions for the baby after he was born? You only get to make medical decisions for YOUR body. You are a surrogate who agreed to a surrogacy contract

@tsunamitaj The average case of hlhs takes 3 open heart surgeries just for the child to be STABLE. That’s potentially a child spending their developmental years in & out of hospitals. It’s not a moral failing for a parent to foresee this & choose accordingly. So yes health is a LARGE factor.

@tsunamitaj For some terminating a pregnancy is mercy in comparison to a life of unnecessary suffering. The amount of medical debt & emotional turmoil simply may not be worth the toil. It’s not about wanting a perfect baby. It’s about foreseeing extreme circumstances. This is one of them.
