@virginmedia That just sends me to a bot that decides I have a “mobile issue” & then transfers me to an advisor that may take up to 24hrs to get back in touch. I don’t have a mobile issue to resolve. I changed the plan on my account myself, I just think this is very poor service from Virgin.

@RobfromMalpas I just read “The Red Tenda of Bologna” by John Berger. It’s only an essay/short but perfect reading for lockdown. I walked his path with him on Google Street View and it made me feel like I’d been on a holiday abroad. Just beautiful.

@WalesBreakBar Some chap from ‘Break Barriers’ charity is doing the rounds, knocking door after door asking for donations. I understand the need for donations but it’s a bit bizarre given the current climate. Is this legit?
