@ChristinMP_ Can you ask them to regulate the existing line in Anjanapura, because of their current infrastructure there is very high voltage which they are not able to regulate right now causing damage to appliances
@kptcl_official Anjanapura is consistently getting high voltage resulting in damage to the appliances. Your team monitoring the 11 KV line needs to ensure optimal voltage is supplied and not step up the voltage for no reason.
