@Telstra Spoke to someone on the phone and now told 3-5 business days. This is not on!

@Telstra if only this was true. Maybe if it worked it would be great. Instead its transferred the service off my sim and hasnt allowed me to download the eSim config and Ive been told on the phone I need to go into a store to fix. YAY!!!!

@Telstra I've been into a store and been given a QR code, this hasn't worked and the service has been deleted from the eSim. Another hour + on the phone for it to be escalated. Case D given and another call to be made today. Still no service!
