@JagexSupport my account was hijacked and perma-banned by the hijacker. I have a ticket (Jagex #5516840) but this serious problem remains unresolved. I have not heard from support for days. Can anything be done to expedite this?

@JagexSupport @JagexSupport update. Thank you for the help. My account has been rescued from the hijacker and the ban that he caused has been lifted. At a glance, my RS3 items appear intact but I have to check my OSRS. Ill check and if there is an issue I will reach out. Thank you!

@JagexSupport it has been a long time since I last heard from Jagex regarding my ticket yet the ticket 5516840 remains unresolved. I have not had any acknowledgement of receipt of my emails since. Do you recommend I submit a new ticket or will your team address the existing one?

@RuneScape @JagexHooli @JagexStu @JagexBreezy Unfortunately I am missing this event because I was unjustly deprived of my nearly 20 y/o account by a hijacker who stole my _secure account_ through back-end importing and evidently got it banned. And the support team has been unresponsive to my ticket [Jagex #5516840] any (1/2)

@GameWorksss @JagexSupport Honestly wish you lots of luck. I am dealing with this same problem and Jagex has yet to make any progress. I understand they may have a long queue, but it is unreasonable for such a serious issue to not be prioritized
