@whale98200 @DavidBaszucki It’s not my job to design their billion dollar internal systems, it’s their job to run a platform that respects the users who make them profitable. If they can’t scale their support to match their growth, that’s a management failure not an excuse to throw auto messages on people.

If a company can't provide a timely, fair review process for the accounts they terminate, then they shouldn't be using automated systems

I'm 100% convinced Roblox wants to build an ecosystem where they no longer have to rely on paying developers their share, and instead have AI generate a huge portion of the games on the platform. If they pull that off, their revenue would explode, but it would also mean thousands of developers losing opportunities as AI replaces work that people are doing today.

Not to mention, it'll lack that creativity that actual human creators have, and show a DRASTIC decrease in overall quality.

It seems like Roblox is intentionally making the requirements for creating and publishing games more difficult, slowly pushing smaller developers out of the ecosystem one group at a time.

@whale98200 @DavidBaszucki That’s great for minor content flags, but that’s not what we’re talking about. There’s a massive difference between a quick appeal for a flagged image and a permanent termination or enforcement ban that the system refuses to review for weeks or months.

@whale98200 @DavidBaszucki Scale isn't an excuse for broken support. Many platforms use hybrid human in the loop models where AI flags content, but real humans handle appeals to prevent false bans. If you can't offer a fair process, your system is failing the users who make that 100M number possible.
