Case Update

At 9:00 a.m. on July 10, 2026, the Civil Court on Ratchadaphisek Road in Bangkok held a court-ordered mediation hearing regarding the lawsuit filed by Freen Sarocha Chankimha (plaintiff) against Idol Factory Co., Ltd. (defendant) over an employment contract dispute.

Freen is seeking approximately 8 million baht in unpaid compensation and contractual revenue-sharing payments that she alleges remain outstanding.

Both parties attended the mediation. Freen appeared with her personal attorney, Paisit Munitshanon (Attorney Jen Paisit), and participated in negotiations, presenting proposals in an effort to reach an amicable resolution.

However, the mediation did not result in a settlement. Freen's side is currently reviewing the proposal submitted by her former agency, and the mediation process will continue.

Freen's Statement

Following the mediation, Freen said:

«"I sincerely hope this dispute can be resolved amicably. If we are able to reach an agreement based on fairness and respect for the rights of all parties, that would be the best outcome. However, if an agreement cannot be reached, I am prepared to let the legal process continue and allow the court to make its decision."»

In summary, Freen's position is that she hopes to resolve the matter through a fair settlement if possible. If no agreement can be reached, she is prepared to proceed with the case through the courts.

The Company participated in the mediation proceedings in accordance with the Court’s process and submitted a proposal in an effort to seek a mutually agreeable resolution to the dispute. However, the mediation did not result in a settlement, and the proposal presented by the other party is currently under review.

The Company will continue to proceed in accordance with the legal process. Should there be any developments that may be disclosed, further updates will be provided as appropriate.
