@urkittenme88@hornymonk22@ScottishFalcon 17 games is 17 games. And considering Raheem took a hands off approach to developing his rookie QB and that Cousins showed no interest in helping him that much, yeah I'd say he was still a rookie.
@hornymonk22@ScottishFalcon Penix college career was affected by Covid seasons which allowed him to play longer which was a benefit because of his injuries.
But three years doesn't matter that much.
A rookie is still a rookie.
If the Falcons have to constantly GIVE you something to cheer about before you decide to support them, then what exactly makes you a fan?!
I'm sick and tired of this ridiculous narrative!
And quite frankly, I DON'T GIVE A DAMN how much money you spend on tickets, jerseys, or season passes. Spending money doesn't make you more loyal than the next fan, and it damn sure doesn't entitle you to dictate what REAL fandom looks like!
If your support comes with conditions, do everybody a favor: spend your money on something you actually enjoy and keep your bougie asses at HOME!
Being frustrated with your team is one thing. Acting like your loyalty is something the team has to PURCHASE is another!
@MadMikeSports I used to love going to games when I lived in California. I didn’t go to many because going to Anaheim stadium was an event win or lose.
If I’m there just to watch a game, I can do that better in my living room
@BuckyIrving made this play special in so many ways! The best thing he did. . . was get back to where the play was designed to go and set up to be blocked, that’s what allowed him to skate off for 70+ yds!!! MAMA THERE GOES THAT MAN!!
To every service member—Navy, Marine Corps, Army, and Air Force—not only in Los Angeles and San Diego, but across this entire country: What do you do when your commander in chief has publicly placed you, your fellow service members, and your families in harm’s way, offering citizens up for slaughter, dismissing your lives, their lives, and the lives of all Americans as “a small price to pay”?
@ScottishFalcon@AtlantaFalcons I was too! But got tired of the Johnny come lately media types hopping on the Falcons train.
It was nice to see them force the praise our of their mouths though. 😁
Atlanta Falcons vs New Orleans Saint Game Reaction:
3 Things we learned about the Falcons
1. Bijan Robinson is the SUN in Atlanta’s solar system. Everything revolves around him, and everybody eats because of his gravity.
Bijan Robinson- 145 yards 2 TDs
Brian Robinson Jr- 62 yards 3 TDs
Drake London- 19.2 yards/catch
Jahan Dotson- 27 yards/catch
Kyle Pitts- 15.7 yards/catch
2. Michael Penix Jr is becoming the Punisher.
Atlanta doesn’t need Michael Penix Jr. to BE the offense. They need him to punish you for trying to stop it. Tonight he completed 75% of his passes while averaging over 11 yards an attempt with zero turnovers. That’s surgical aggression.
3. ATLANTA HAS GONE FROM FINDING AN IDENTITY TO IMPOSING ONE.
45 points. 420 yards. 7.5 yards per play. Zero turnovers. Five rushing TDs.
Defense held Saints to 2.6 yards/carry after holding the Packers to 1.9 yards/carry.
Run the ball. Stop the run.
Green Bay showed us what Atlanta could be. New Orleans showed us it may be becoming repeatable.
