Lined by a row of red-brick Tudor chimney stacks on the right and the turrets of Gonville & Caius College on the left, Trinity Street has changed very little since the sixteenth century. Picture from my book 'Cambridge - Town & Gown'.
As always, a good audience with His Majesty King Charles III of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. I thank His Majesty, the people, and the entire United Kingdom for their ironclad support for our people.

Our crew is now safely back on Earth. Relive the historic mission, and keep an eye on our website as more images and videos keep rolling in. https://t.co/FoYXKVvve5
The worldwide reputation of the US has been badly damaged. But the success of Artemis II reminds us there’s another America, clever, bold, open to the world, which we love and admire.
Liftoff.
The Artemis II mission launched from @NASAKennedy at 6:35pm ET (2235 UTC), propelling four astronauts on a journey around the Moon.
Artemis II will pave the way for future Moon landings, as well as the next giant leap — astronauts on Mars.
Flying finale: Last show of the Red Arrows’ 2025 display season - thank you to everyone who braved a windswept Duxford and gave us such a fantastic reception!
