So here's what about 70% of my daily diet consists of recently. Can prepare this in less than 10 minutes.

1. Buy 80/20 grass fed ground beef
2. Buy pasture raised hard boiled eggs
3. Buy Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4. Buy grass fed butter
5. Buy whole milk cottage cheese
6. Buy whole fat sour cream

Put 2 tablespoons of EVOO in the pan, along with 1/4 stick of the butter, heat it, melt it. [I know, you're saying 'Isn't that too much?' Just go with me here...]

Take 8 oz of ground beef, start browning it in the pan.

Take 4 hard boiled eggs, chop them up, put them in a bowl, then put 1 cup of cottage cheese, mix it.

When the ground beef is ready, put in in the bowl, mix it in.

Now, here are the two most important steps:

Take the pan and POUR the heated butter/olive oil over everything in the bowl and then

season to taste with sea salt and pepper.

Here is why you should never buy an appliance from @Lowes

1) Bought a washer/dryer last Sunday- advertised that it would get here last Tuesday. When I purchased- delivery time switch to Thursday. (not convenient, but I can make it work)
2) Thursday comes around and my appointment is between 3 PM and 7 PM - naturally they show up at 5pm (this is important for later)
3) washer connected works fine, dryer does not work. The drum does not spin.
4) I am told that because the delivery was after 3:30 PM. I’m gonna have to wait 48 hours to get an exchange. This is a ridiculous concept because A) I did not arrange for the appointment to be between 3 & 7, B) I did not show up at 5:30 pm C) I did not bring faulty equipment.
5) everyone I talk to from supervisors to management apologizes for the logistics but promise me it’s gonna get there at 8 AM sharp on Saturday.
6) as I am now writing this it’s 10:45 AM, and I received a call from Lowe’s stating that because of a power outage at the warehouse, they cannot deliver anything today. They ask if they can reschedule it for Monday.
7) this is not possible because I am actually on an offsite next week.
8) the Customer Service lady scolded me for being upset about the fact that I haven’t gotten a dryer in a week and tells me that there’s nothing they can do.

I know @Lowes 1) will not see this 2) will not care. But for anybody that does see this tweet and please share it for maximum exposure- do yourself a favor spend a little bit more money at either @HomeDepot @BestBuy or anywhere else because Lowe’s Customer Service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with in my life, they do not care after they get paid about you or your product.

Doctor Who is a decades-old, beloved show, and Russell T. Davies has been heavily involved in it for years.

There was supposed to be one final special of this run to wrap up the remaining story lines and try to take this era out on some semblance of a high note, and the audience was so disengaged and sentiment around the show in the Ncuti Gatwa era was so negative, the BBC has decided not to do it. The cliffhangers will be unresolved, the regeneration of the Fifteenth Doctor will not lead into a new era for the series, and when the show comes back, it will be a hard reboot with a new creative team.

It’s hard to overstate how far the show fell and how fast since the BBC and the Doctor Who creative team decided the character should no longer be a white man. But the last two seasons have really been a disaster.

Disney+ came in with a streaming deal for the show that should have dramatically increased the budget and Davies responded by making everything gay and alienating. A gay Doctor. Drag queen villains. Transgender supporting cast. The creatives exulted in the facts that they owned this sixty year old property and could just smear their genitals across the TARDIS, and they absolutely killed the franchise.

What happened to Doctor Who goes beyond “going woke and going broke.” This is a giant media company giving full creative control of a beloved, 60 year-old franchise and a Disney-funded, “Game of Thrones” budget to a bunch of disgusting weirdos, and those weirdos setting all of that on fire to turn the show into a celebration of their own weirdness and disgustingness.

They blocked the one thing your immune system needs to fight cancer. Then sold you a chemical that enters your blood and mimics hormones. Melanoma rates have increased 320% since 1975 — the exact period sunscreen use became widespread.
