@mnolangray @mnolangray What can be done about the fact that most multifamily sites eligible for SB684/1123 in LA are on LA’s housing element and therefore don’t pencil as a SHRA project. Will SB1116 modify this? I have read it and the text is somewhat unclear.

@ScottChoppin @BehdadW Scott: are all the Double Duplex projects going up in LA competitive with / similar to what you’re building? Those are all large ~4 bed, ~4 bath units, but most of the time those are rented to roommates, not intergenerational families, right?

Con: City disbanded LAPD's copper theft unit. Voted against making theft a felony. The ballot fixes the budget, not the problem. And, if you don't return your ballot? Defaults to YES. Classic LA!

Pro: Fee frozen since 1996. Called 311 on broken lights — was told 6+ months, couldn't even count the tickets ahead of mine. I just want the streets lit.
