Kudos to Harry Styles for discovering that the next best thing isn’t always about the next best thing to acquire — and for having the courage to step away from Harry Styles the persona and get back to just Harry the person.
Even in my 70s, I still have friends chasing the next big thing — the bigger house, the better car, the career, more money, more stuff. It’s a vicious circle that some people never escape.
So I’m proud of Harry for seemingly figuring some of this out at such a young age. Because eventually you realize the best things in life have been, and always will be, your health, your family, the people you love, and what you leave behind in the lives of others.
I don’t think Harry’s going anywhere. I think he’s just growing up, figuring out who he is when the lights are off and nobody’s watching.
Let him be. Let him live. Let him be Harry. 💚
