I, like many others, had the tremendous luck of getting to meet Bobby on a number of occasions. At one of his bars, at Enterprise Center. While the locations changed, one thing remained the same. He was so kind. And so funny. This loss really feels cruel.
One of the most emotional moments of the Stanley Cup celebration in Boston was @Frank_Cusumano's interview on the ice with Bob Plager.
Like St. Louis, he had waited for that Cup and parade for half a century. Glad he finally got it. ❤️
The loss of Bobby Plager is devastating. 140 Twitter word count could never sum up his contribution to hockey, our city, and the @StLouisBlues. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you Bobby. You and Barclay are together again. Prayers to the Plager family.
Here I was, minding my business at work, stepping out to get my coffee. AND THE STANLEY FREAKING CUP SURPRISES ME. I AM SOBBING. HOLY SMOKES. @StLouisBlues I LOVE YOU SO MUCH.
@stlcuptracker@StLouisBlues Same hat, jersey, undershirt, shorts, socks, and shoes. Bottled Michelin Ultra. David Ranch Sunflower seeds spit into an empty Dasani water bottle, I had four full bottles after 26 games.
365 days ago the @StLouisBlues made history. What a chaotic, amazing, stressful ride it was! I miss hearing Gloria blast out of every car window. On game 7, what were some of your superstitions going in? I had to watch @ home totally alone because we lost any time I didn’t
@jmwilliams @schmitzkel @4Paws4Rescue It is on a private rescue group, but potential foster parents will have to fill out the app online today to get the ball rolling! Go to 4paws4rescue ‘s website
April 6, 2018 is a day the Humboldt Broncos organization, along with the hockey world, will never forget.
Today and every day, we remember and pay tribute to all 29.
Always in our thoughts and prayers.
