Thus, official allocations already exist. Once the allottee fulfils the terms in the allocation letter, physical allocation follows.

@SirLeoBDasilva I don’t believe it’s the entire Ajah. There are excisions within there as well. Moreover, there’s a difference between Scheme (which is committed) and Resettlement scheme (which the govt. used to compensate families displaced in some places like Maroko (now Lekki I).
