At the MSHSAA Speech, Debate & Theatre Championships, Rockhurst had three event finalists - including one STATE CHAMPION!

Luke Fitzsimmons '24 is State Champ in Informative Speaking, becoming the 20th Speech & Debate State Champ in RHS history, and the first in this event!

Congratulations to the SMA Scholar Bowl team who competed in the District Scholar Bowl tournament over the weekend. They made it all the way to the semi-final round!

Rockhurst went to the wire with LSW last night, but fell short 61-56. Andrew Sprague '24 was dominant in the paint with 16 points, Kevin Sullivan '26 scored 14, and Brady Maher '24 had 9 points & 8 boards.

Hawklets now 5-4 on the season and play in the @JewellClassic next week.

Congrats to Kevin Sullivan '26, our @brooksiderbar Week 1 Athlete of the Week! In his first varsity start, Kevin had 22 points in a 73-49 win over Ruskin with 7 rebounds & 3 assists. He was also efficient in the 46-32 win over Liberty North with 5 points & 9 boards. Rock State!

We closed out the week with a pep rally celebrating our fall sport success! This included District/Conference Championships in all 4 sports, State Titles in soccer (3-peat) and swim & dive (4-peat), State Runner-Up in cross country, & State Semifinal appearance in football.
