This morning officers from the Community Team and @StMaryHonPolice conducted a joint road check with DVS outside the school. In total 340 vehicles were checked with 12 being issued defect notices and 5 reported for traffic offences #roadsafety #drivesafe

Up in St Lawrence this morning to conduct a road check in the 20MPH zone.

Five drivers reported for Parish Hall Enquiry, all of whom were at least 10MPH over the limit (with ome driver clocked at 37MPH 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️).

Fantastic afternoon at the recent Embrace Our Difference event at the @RadissonBlu St Helier... CPT were joined by PC Chaz Chapman, civilian staff from @JerseyPolice and @GovJersey

This evening PS Bowler, PC Guelpa @townpoliceunit and PC Shatford @stbreladecom1 @stpetercom1 conducted a road check in St Mary with Honorary Police colleagues @StMaryHonPolice.

80 vehicles were stopped with 5 breath tests conducted. No arrests were made. #whatsyourplan

I am truly saddened to hear of the loss of Canon Nick (former Catholic Dean of Jersey).

He was a man who cared for all in society, regardless of their status or circumstances.

Whilst carrying out my patrols yesterday I located @stbreladecom1 on my patch celebrating his 60th birthday(sorry 50th😉).
He had even brought along his flask of Bovril to keep him going 😄👍. It is reported that he made it safely home for his afternoon nap. @ChiefJersey 👍😎
