So do you think the Fibonacci kilometer to mile conversions pattern are a real “thing” or just a happy coincidence? I would love to know what you think.

[Stephen Meehan @stmeehan]

Fibonacci Kilometer to mile conversion is a pretty neat thing, up until the 14th number in the sequence, 233, then things start to fall apart. This is really only going to impact Ultra marathoners however.

[Stephen Meehan @stmeehan]

So a 5K race is 3.1 miles, and a 21K race is 13 miles. So with a little rounding you can use the Fibonacci sequence to convert Kilometers to miles.

“Mrs. Golz do you have any good books?” I get that one daily 🤦🏻‍♀️ I knew re-organizing my fiction by genre would be a task, and because I am difficult 🤷🏻‍♀️ I HAD to design my labels from scratch... but I am SO IN LOVE! #librarylife
