This week S3 looked at ways to reduce salt and fat whilst increasing fibre to meet the Scottish dietary goals. Homemade burger & potato wedges barely made it out the department!

What an amazing teens takeover last night 🎉 this group of S3 were incredible, cooking and serving a 3 course meal to a full restaurant. Thank you @FVCollege for giving them a real taste of the hospitality industry.
