1/ On-chain options have never had liquidity. Everyone knows this.
The usual explanation is that pricing options on-chain is hard.
It isn't. Pricing is the textbook part. The problem is that no two options are the same.
8/ Options here can't expire worthless. There's always a 10% floor under them. And it's what makes an options AMM possible at all.
A pool holding something that can go to zero doesn't survive expiry. That's the main reason options AMMs haven't worked.
