Yes, elections are being rigged. But when you continue to participate in rigged elections, you legitimise these elections and help maintain the illusion that they are free and fair.

Maybe you keep contesting because you fear that if you don’t, you will stop existing. But what kind of existence are you trying to protect when votes are being stolen, your MLAs and MPs are being poached, and your parties are being split?

This is not political survival. You are simply trying to stay alive in a system that can weaken you, split your party or take away your elected representatives whenever it wants. How long can you survive like this?

And you cannot talk about election rigging only when it happens in states that matter to you and remain silent when it happens elsewhere. If elections are being rigged, it should matter regardless of the state or which party is affected.

You cannot keep saying the game is rigged while continuing to play it. Your participation is the only thing that gives these rigged elections legitimacy.

Think about the nation and its democracy before thinking about your own political survival. Take a stand and stop participating in rigged elections.

That idiot Gyanesh should be sued for harrasment. In Calcutta he made my 78 year old mom run around and now he has issued an SIR Notice to me saying “parent name mismatch”. Today my office staff went to the BLO and showed him that my father’s name in the 2002 rolls and the latest one was identical. The funniest thing is that no objection was raised against my daughter whose father’s name (yours truly) remains the same in both 2002 and the latest rolls!

What comedy show is being run? Either he is complicit or he is incompetent! The solution for both is the same: RESIGN!

Demand 1: Initiation of criminal proceedings against Gyanesh immediately, and an answer to the question: Who gave him the orders?

Demand 2: Put all upcoming elections on hold. Freeze the SIR and restore the January 2025 voter list. Set up an independent inquiry into the entire SIR decision-making process. We also demand that the Supreme Court immediately take custody of all SIR-related files to ensure no records are destroyed, altered or go missing.

Demand 3: Repeal the 2023 law on the appointment of the Election Commissioners of India and enact a new law that inspires public confidence, with the active participation of members of civil society.

Now that Tulu has been made official in Karnataka,

Tamil Nadu and Kerala are the only southern states where other minority languages are not recognised.

High time they stop doing politics of one-language supremacy & recognise other minority languages in the state.

Nifty FUTURE is trading around 24440 now.....24400 is a very important support for the index Future (on a closing basis) ....... as long as we're above 24400, chances are high that we could see recovery from lower levels....

RBLBank is trading around 417 now (high exactly at 417).....it has decent resistance around 420-421 area.....so, LONGs need to be carefeul around these levels, I believe......my gut feeling is that it COULD go back towards the weekly low around 380 in the next 2-3 weeks...

TVSMOTOR is trading around 4075 now.....the stock has immediate support in the range 4050-4030......if held, there is chance of it testing 4400 soon (even a new ATH too possible)......
