It took some time but I have officially looked at each stock on the Vietnamese stock exchange. This is part 1 and I expect more parts to be coming in the next few months!

I believe the proof is in the pudding and we should see a start in improving cash flow (see my substack post)
But thanks for all the push back, we could use more people like you ;)

On the topic of working capital, they should remove all their current African debtors and take the hit in one go instead of a bit each year.
No use in "propping" their AR position.
@JohnRic17736696 I value the company using EV/EBITDA, so I also use cash and debt, but for now chose to use EBITDA. I adjusted this EBITDA to reflect my current expected earnings and not what the business reported.
I based this on an expected EBITDA % in 2030 and calculated a growth path.

I have written a new article on SuperCom, very interesting company with a lot of hair.

@Zerosumgame33 Not even talking about the deferred tax assets they can use to not pay taxes in the next 1.5 years?! (Depending on GAAP profitability ofcourse)
@ScottLilley19 The market is looking beyond this year. These are amazing years for homebuilders, high turnover at high prices. What if next years become worse and they are hardly profitable at this point, what should we expect at that point?
Today we got some Vistry news, they announced H1 was bad half regarding profits but they did generate significant cash.
FY2026 PBT should still be around the £200m, which is lower than what I would have hoped for...
Other news stated that the CFO is going to work at a larger private firm.
This does give Vistry the chance to chose a CFO who is maybe more suited to balance sheet wind downs and cash management, which were not his strong suits.
