$INTC just announced a $15 billion underwritten stock offering, plus a 30 day option for $2.25 billion more.
But the reasoning matters.
They cite a strong and sustainable demand environment from unprecedented AI compute investment, calling out physical AI, purpose built silicon, advanced packaging and external wafers. Proceeds go toward capex.
This comes right after their best revenue growth in 15 years, capex raised above $20 billion, and management saying demand outpaces supply.
And they’re selling equity with the stock up roughly 3x in a year. That’s when you want to do it.
God's grace is enough for whatever you are walking through today. His strength shows up the most in the places where you feel the weakest. (2 Corinthians 12:9)

SpaceX and $TSLA just announced a $16.8B Terafab semiconductor factory in Texas. Strongest case is they are locking down their own silicon supply.
A plant that size still needs years of construction and ramp. The dollars leave the balance sheet first.
$DGXX all it’s been doing is consolidating sideways.
• It’s been in a long downtrend since $9.20.
• it stopped trending lower (trend break) which is a constructive first step
• now it’s changing directions from down to sideways and consolidating into a sideways base or channel.
• I know people want the breakout to come “NOW” but a trend shift into a major reversal is a process.
• in my opinion a break of a downtrend to begin consolidating sideways is constructive.
⭐️ the moving average are currently resistance and breaking above $4.05 and closing above it would be a constructive next step.

The FCC is drafting a ban on new Chinese optical transceivers, which are critical components in data centers.
Here are 5 U.S. companies that benefit.
1. $AAOI - Applied Optoelectronics
Jumped 18% on the news. In-house InP laser fab, a $4B Amazon deal, and 3 of the top 5 hyperscalers as customers. Guiding to a mid 2027 monthly transceiver run rate of $400M+, which annualizes to $5B+ against $456M of total 2025 revenue. If Innolight's share gets carved up, the American pure play with available capacity gets fed.
It's really hard not to full port into $DGXX at these levels. Basically no debt, trading between 1-2x book value, 1.1B contract with $CBRS for a tiny fraction of what they are developing. In 1.5 years they will be making as much profit as their entire market cap.
$DGXX: Supermicro Provides Important Third Party Validation 🚨
Supermicro has featured Digi Power X as a “Customer Spotlight” in material covering its SuperCloud Director and NVIDIA NCX infrastructure control architecture.
DGXX CTO Jagan Jeyapal described the technology as the “operational backbone” required to deliver scalable and secure GPU cloud services.
This is positive for Digipower because it provides partner side confirmation that NeoCloudz is working with an established AI infrastructure provider on the technology needed to turn bare metal GPU clusters into a commercial, multi customer cloud platform.
The architecture supports automated provisioning, tenant isolation, Kubernetes integration, networking, storage, billing and infrastructure management.
HIVE Executive Chairman: GPUs for AI Compute Earn 10x as Much per Hour as Mining Rigs
Frank Holmes @bulldogholmes , Executive Chairman of HIVE Digital Technologies, one of the world’s leading publicly listed Bitcoin mining companies, said during TheStreet Roundtable on July 29 that the company is accelerating the expansion of its AI computing business.
HIVE expects AI’s share of revenue to rise from around 10% to more than 50% this year. Holmes said ASIC mining machines generate approximately $0.12 to $0.14 per hour, while an H100 GPU can generate close to $2 per hour. Even older GPUs can earn about $1.40 per hour, roughly 10 times as much as mining machines.
