I did this and by 25, I stacked $100,000+ between Taxable, Roth IRA, HSA, & 401k.
Lately:
~ almost @ $2k/m dividends
~ rent instead of own until kids
~ decreased 401k contributions
~ building HSA since now off my mom’s healthcare anymore
I need to keep my finance friends on here updated more lmao.

Building wealth really comes down to this:
You either pay compound interest (e.g credit card debt at 20%) or you earn compound interest (investing in index funds)
If you can get on the right side of the compound interest asap, you will start building wealth.
Focus until that happens

I love to see so many black people into trading and investing. This is the side of Twitter I built by being intentional with my algorithm. We’re breaking cycles, together. I’m so inspired, motivated and proud to be here 💰🤑
Dear Bitcoin bros …. Just sending yall your periodic reminder that BTC still isn’t the only way to make money. Just in case yall forgot. Oh and stocks are still great long term assets that actually have reasoning behind why they go up or down. Regardless of how intelligent some of you try to make btc sound, it’s a made up currency that is manipulated and has no reasoning for going up other than being the “chosen alternative asset”. Anyways I have 15 btc and never selling. Bought my first whole one 2021. We shall see. Yall better be right
Owning $MSTR is like owning a rental property, and selling covered calls is your rental income. As long as you hold onto the property (the shares), you don’t need to stress out about the property’s market value, you have the most reliable tenants (the covered calls contracts) that keep paying you rent regularly without fail.
If you want more rental income, then just buy another property, another 100 MSTR shares (or multiple of 100), and rent it out by selling more covered calls.
To keep the rent checks steady and ongoing, set your lease terms intelligently (sell the 10-15 Delta calls expiring in 30-40 days out) to maintain a consistent cash flow. If you set your rent too high it might work once or twice but then never again (you'll lose your shares).
